1. GENERAL INFORMATION

Project Perspective is an online fashion brand based in the UAE offering apparel.
Throughout these Terms, “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to Project Perspective.

By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to comply with all rules listed here.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be:
• at least 18 years old, or
• have permission from a parent/guardian to place an order.

You confirm that all information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

3. PRODUCTS & PRICING

• All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams).
• Prices may change at any time without notice.
• Colors, fabrics, and product images may vary slightly due to lighting or screen display.
• Some collections are limited edition and may not be restocked.

4. ORDERS & PAYMENT

We accept the following payment methods:
• Credit/debit cards
• Apple Pay / Google Pay
• Other payment methods shown at checkout

Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons including:
• Out-of-stock items
• Incorrect pricing
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity

5. SHIPPING

We currently ship to:
• United Arab Emirates
• Selected GCC countries (if enabled on your store)

UAE Delivery
• Standard delivery: 1–3 working days
• Abu Dhabi or remote areas may require additional time
• Free shipping threshold (if applicable) is shown at checkout

Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unreachable customer, a re-delivery fee may apply.

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Eligibility
We accept exchanges only within 7 days of delivery for:
• Wrong size
• Factory defect
• Unworn, unwashed items with original tags

Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges on:
• Items worn, washed, or damaged by customer

Process
To request an exchange:
1. Email hello@theprojectperspective.com
2. Provide: order number + item photo.
3. We will confirm availability and next steps.

Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

7. CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour if the order has not been processed.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

8. RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY

Project Perspective is not liable for:
• Delays caused by courier companies
• Lost packages due to incorrect delivery information
• Unauthorized purchases made with your payment method

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the purchased item.

• Process your order
• Communicate updates
• Deliver your products
