What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as secure online payment options like Apple Pay (iOS) and Google Pay (Android) are available at checkout. All payments are processed safely using encrypted technology.

Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?

We begin processing orders shortly after they’re placed, so changes or cancellations aren’t always possible. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before your order is dispatched.

How do I apply a discount code to my order?

We occasionally release discount codes for seasonal or limited-time promotions. If you have a valid code, you can apply it at checkout in the “Discount code” field before completing your purchase.

Do you offer gift cards?

Not at the moment, but it’s something we’re planning to offer in the future.

Shipping and Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, delivery typically takes:

-Local deliveries: 1-3 business days
-International deliveries: 5–10 business days

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship internationally. Delivery times and shipping fees may vary depending on the destination. Any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We also offer a free pickup option from our distribution center in Meydan, Dubai. Any applicable fees will be shown before you complete your purchase. 

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?

We’re sorry if this happens. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. In those cases, we’ll cover the return shipping.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account allows you to track orders more easily and access your order history.

How do I reset my password?
