Shipping


We currently ship to:

-United Arab Emirates
-Selected GCC countries (if enabled on your store)


UAE Delivery

-Standard delivery: 1–3 working days
-Abu Dhabi or remote areas may require additional time
-Free shipping threshold (if applicable) is shown at checkout


Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unreachable customer, a re-delivery fee may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

We accept exchanges only within 7 days of delivery for:

-Wrong size
-Factory defect
-Unworn, unwashed items with original tags

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges on:
- Items worn, washed, or damaged by customer

Process

To request an exchange:

2. Provide: order number + item photo.
3. We will confirm availability and next steps.

Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
